Carl Icahn said he no longer has a stake in Apple Inc. (AAPL), calling it "a great company" but expressing concern about its relationship with China in a CNBC interview.

Apple shares recently traded at 1.6%, down $96.24.

During the fourth quarter, Mr. Icahn reduced his Apple stake, according to a February filing. At the end of the fourth quarter he owned a nearly $5 billion stake.
