On April 26, 2016, UMB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.245 per share payable on July 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2016. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information is hereby incorporated herein by reference.

The April 26, 2016 press release that is attached as Exhibit 99.1 also announced that the Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to two million shares of the Company’s common stock from time to time until the meeting of the Board of Directors that immediately follows the 2017 annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders.
