Strategic Rare Earth Metals, Inc, a publicly traded company under the ticker symbol (OTC Pink:SREH) - (News, hereinafter the "Company") announced that effective April 13, 2016 the Company has completed the process with FINRA to officially change the name of the Company to Affinity Beverage Group,Inc. To reflect the name change, the Company will now trade under the symbol ABVG and have a new CUSIP number of 00831F101.

In conjunction with the name change, the company has also retained new corporate counsel. Miami, Florida based, Hoffman & Weigel (http://hoffmanweigel.com) will now represent the company as general corporate counsel and will manage all SEC/FINRA related compliance matters for the Company.

The company will continue to focus on the growth of its wholly owned subsidiary, Village Tea Company Distribution,Inc as well as additional acquisition and joint venture consumer product opportunities in the health, wellness and natural products sector.
