Other Events.
On April 12, 2016, Saratoga Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had filed a motion to conduct a sale, pursuant to Bankruptcy Code Section 363, of all or substantially all of its assets, excluding federal leases and certain other assets that may be excluded by agreement between the company and its first lien lender. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
