acquisition target company GEAR SPORTS NUTRITION has signed an
agreement with original SHARK TANK member Kevin Harrington through
his company called SHARK FINDS for a series of direct response TV
commercials to be aired both regionally and nationally featuring
GEAR SPORTS NUTRITION products.
Kevin Harrington is widely considered the person who invented
the now-universal infomercial. He also founded the As Seen
on TV empire, with over $4 billion in product sales, and
was one of the first people ABC approached to perform as one of
their judges on the wildly successful and Emmy Award winning, Shark
Tank. Kevin has proven his place as one of the most successful
entrepreneurs who ever lived and worked in the industry. His
colleagues have included names from the list of the most acclaimed
celebrities in the world. He has been responsible for launching
some of the most successful DRTV campaigns in the business.
SHARK FINDS will be scripting and filming a series of 30 and 60
second commercial spots featuring GEAR products. These commercials
will be aired to a national TV audience as well as hundreds of
regional ad spots. GEAR products will also be featured on SHARK
FINDS website.
