The Grilled Cheese Truck, Inc. (the “Company”) will not be able to file its report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 within the prescribed time period without incurring undue hardship and expense. The Company intends to file its Form 10-K within the 15-day extension period afforded by SEC Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company is in the process of preparing its financial information as well as completing the required audit.
