Item 8.01 Other Events

Independent Film Development Corporation (the “Registrant”) was not timely on filing the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015 or within the applicable extension period. The Registrant’s management is currently working diligently with the auditors to complete the Annual Report to be filed as soon as possible.
