KING OF PRUSSIA, PA--(NewMediaWire - Mar 17, 2016) -
Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTC
PINK: MDHI) (the Company), a Pennsylvania-based personal
medical alarm device manufacturer, announced today that it has
secured an equity investment for $1,250,000.
The investment, of which MDHI has taken approximately $625,000
to date, will enable the Company to launch and market its new
product, the iHelp+ 3G. It will also enable MDHI to increase the
size of the technology department, in an effort to expand its
product line and move toward the growing telehealth/e-health
market.
The iHelp+ 3G, is a cellular medical alert system that operates
on a 3G network. It is Bluetooth enabled and Wi-Fi enabled. It
has a much broader reach than the iHelp™ 2G product, as well as
additional functions, such as fall detection and geo-fencing
(ability to pre-set an area and alert loved ones if the user leaves
or enters the pre-set area).
The interest in 3G medical alarm products with features such as
fall detection and geo-fencing is tremendous. MDHI is excited to be
one of the first companies to have this product available to
dealers and resellers of security and medical alarm systems.
MDHI will be launching the 3G product at the ISC West Show in
Las Vegas, NV, April 6, 7, 8.
