chosen CR Commercial Contractors of
Phoenix, Arizona to build our state-of-the-art facility for the
cultivation of marijuana for one of American Green's licensed
clients.
"When our Director of Design and Cultivation, Alfred Hermiz,
joined the American Green team last December, his first major
assignment was to develop a plan to build out our 12,000 square
feet facility. In January, we began evaluating contractors with
experience in marijuana cultivation build-outs as well as in
medical facility construction, since this project development
involves a series of clean rooms that are individually
climate-controlled to help insure the production of excellent
cannabis," says Jonathan Miller, American Green CEO. Out of all the
companies we interviewed, CR Commercial Contractors impressed us
with the quality of their work in previous projects and their
relationships with the Department of Health Services who manages
the medical marijuana program in Arizona."

The 12,000 square-foot facility is expected to begin cultivation
in late July after the completion of construction. At a cost
of approximately $1.4 million, the facility will produce
approximately 200 pounds of cannabis material per month that will
be sold as a combination of flower and extracts.
Alfred Hermiz adds, "Leading the American Green team on the
design and build-out of what is sure to become one of Phoenix's
premiere medical marijuana cultivation sites, has been a dream come
true. This cultivation site will specialize in the production of
high-grade medical marijuana for patients throughout
Arizona."

solvent-free methods for extraction. This will provide medical
