PINK: ERBB) today announced that the Company has been
chosen as the the brand name for up to three locations to be
secured by Paradigm, LLC, in the state of
Washington. Each of the three retail marijuana locations will
operate under the name "American Green."
"Paradigm is excited to begin working with American Green. This
opportunity will allow us to use the American Green brand name and
have access to licensing and marketing services to help develop
products for the recreational market in the state of Washington,"
says Kate Gonsalves, Manager of Paradigm, LLC a company formed for
the purpose of obtaining a retail license with the Washington State
Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). "Upon securing a license, we can
open and operate up to three retail locations in the State of
Washington. We have a great opportunity to secure each license and
are eager to get under way in working with American Green and look
forward to the future, " Gonsalves continued."
"This opportunity gives a tremendous boost to our branding
program - product packaging to branding retail locations - all
being operated under the American Green banner. It's a big step

very excited to be able to work with Paradigm and help them open up
to three retail locations in Washington. Paradigm is committed to
the opportunity that will provide $250,000 in license fees and
$250,000 in product development fees per store every five years.
Assuming we open three stores, the fees will amount to $1.5 million
over five years for the use of the American Green brand and
demonstrates the profitability of our licensing model."
American Green branding has heretofore been limited to packaging
materials in Colorado and Oregon. In Washington state, the retail
location, itself, will be called "American Green" as well as the
packaging in the store. The goal for American Green branding is
national awareness through the offering of consistently premium
products that consumers and patients can count on for their
cannabis needs.
