Good Gaming Relaunch Imminent; Company Secures Slots for Nine Tournaments

CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / February 24, 2016 / HDS International Corp. and CMG Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: HDSI & OTCQB: CMGO): Good Gaming, Inc. ("Good Gaming" or the "Company"), a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGO, announced today that its relaunch will be complete in mid- to late March of this year. With coding now mostly done, Good Gaming and its world-class publisher alliance partner have agreed to an aggressive tournament schedule that will take place throughout Spring and Summer 2016.

Nine Tournaments Targeted Near-Term

Good Gaming will launch with a "bang" its load-tested, fully-automated tournament system, its patent-pending "Mercenary System," and upgraded learning and entertainment suite, among other features. The platform will be able to easily handle online participants of up to 100,000 and provide continuous interaction with players that reduces wait times between matches. As part of the relaunch, Good Gaming is pleased to announce that it has secured nine tournament slots covering at least three separate titles for global competition (HEARTHSTONE: HEROES OF WARCRAFT; HEROES OF THE STORM; CALL OF DUTY®: BLACK OPS III). These titles each have an active user base ranging between 40-100 million worldwide, setting the stage for dramatic growth of Good Gaming as a destination site for eSports enthusiasts that play just these three games alone. The tournaments will commence in April 2016 and run through August 2016, with detailed dates to be released near the relaunch next month.
