Effective February 16, 2016, Joseph G. Oliverio resigned as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Positron Corporation (the “Registrant”). Such resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Registrant on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practice.
