McDONALD'S ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

OAK BROOK, IL - Today, McDonald's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.89 per share of common stock payable on March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2016.

Kevin Ozan, Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Andres, President - McDonald's USA, will participate in the UBS Global Consumer Conference in Boston on March 9, 2016. Kevin Ozan will also participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2016 Consumer & Retail Tech Conference in New York on March 16, 2016.
