Item 5.02                                           Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 10, 2015, Director Robert J. Campbell advised the Board of Directors of Supreme Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) that he would be retiring at the completion of his current term, which will occur at the 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  The Company and Mr. Campbell have agreed that at the end of his term he will become Director Emeritus and the Company will provide him with a cash benefit of $1,000 per month for twelve months following his entry into emeritus status.
