acquisition of another product line. Biostem Technologies (BSEM)
acquired this asset by virtue of a stock exchange valued at,
$155,500. Test-O-Shave is a product line focusing on providing
natural grooming and hygiene products. In addition to the mens line
of products, Test-O-Shave produces organic soaps, creams, oils, and
a womens shave line in development. What sets this product line
apart is its natural testosterone boosting ingredients, Pine Pollen
and Tribulus.1 It has been shown that bisphenol A (PBA),
preservatives and other artificial ingredients can naturally
