Please be advised that on the date hereof Mr. Emmanuel Álvarez Agis and Mr. Nicolás Todesca have given notice of their resignation to their offices of regular directors and Mr. Haroldo Montagu has notified his resignation to his position as alternate director of Banco Macro S.A. as well. The above mentioned directors further informed that their resignation shall be effective as from 10 December 2015 and that the same is strictly for personal reasons.
