Kratos a Key Member of Team Awarded $44 Million Contract for Weapon Systems Sustainment

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:KTOS), a
leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that
its Defense & Rocket Support Services (DRSS) Division is a key
member of a team that recently received a contract award with a
total potential value of $44 million for weapon systems upgrade and
sustainment. The contract period of performance under the
single award contract is for approximately two years. The $44
million potential value under this contract award has increased in
value from the previous contract award where Kratos performed a
significant role as key subcontractor. Kratos has unique
qualifications and capabilities related to these weapon systems and
has performed this work since 2005.

said, “We are proud to continue to support our customer on this
important weapon system upgrade and sustainment program.” Due to
customer related and other considerations, no additional
information will be provided related to this contract award.
