SASKATOON, Nov. 11, 2015 /CNW/ - Potash Corporation of
Saskatchewan Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has
declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.38 per share payable February 4, 2016 to shareholders of record
January 14, 2016.
