Please be advised that the board of directors of Banco Macro S.A., in a meeting that took place on the date hereof, has authorized Mr. Jorge Pablo Brito, as a member of the board and acting as president of the board in absence of the elected president of the board of directors, to sign the quarterly financial statements, corresponding to the quarter that ended on September 30th, 2015. This authorization was issued in accordance with Title IV, Chapter I, Section 5, subsection b.3), of the Rules and Regulations of the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
