Today, TubeMogul (NASDAQ:TUBE), a leading enterprise software company for brand advertising, announced that it has added to its executive team with the hires of Phil Cowlishaw and Pattie Money. Cowlishaw has been appointed to the newly created role of VP of Strategy, while Money will lead global human resources initiatives as the company's first Chief People Officer.

As VP of Strategy, Cowlishaw will lead a team responsible for identifying, developing and implementing customized solutions to help clients fully utilize TubeMogul's software platform to effectively meet their brand advertising needs and exceed their business objectives. A 15-year industry veteran, Cowlishaw joins TubeMogul by way of Sydney where he was most recently Head of Technology at Ikon Communications, Australia's largest independent media agency. Prior to Ikon, Phil was Head of Media Operations at digital marketing agency Blue Barracuda in London. He will report directly to Chief Strategy Officer Jason Lopatecki.

Pattie Money brings over two decades of human resources and recruiting experience to TubeMogul's c-suite. She has been tasked with unifying TubeMogul's human resources operations and recruiting into an organized global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development curriculum, identification and succession planning, and leadership development. Most recently, Money served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, at Mercury Payment Systems. She will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Brett Wilson.
