Online Retailer Jet.com Ends Annual Membership Fee -Re/code

Discount retail website Jet.com has ended its $49.99 annual
membership fee, Re/code reported Wednesday.
The company previously planned to provide members-only "club
price savings" for the fee.
Jet.com Chief Executive Marc Lore told Re/code that another type
of discount, the "Smart Cart" savings of about 4% to 5%, has
resulted in "incredible" conversions in recent pricing tests.
