West Palm Beach, FL -- August 25, 2015 -- Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. (Greenfield or the Company) (OTC Pink: GRAS) had previously announced completion of a franchise consulting agreement between the Company and SoFran, LLC (SoFran) to develop and implement the rollout of a national franchising program. SoFran has advised the company it has named Dale Smith as franchise specialist to spearhead the Carmelas Pizzeria national franchise effort. Mr. Smith has over 30 years diverse business and franchising experience. He has been a restaurant founder and operator and has worked in all areas of franchising from franchise sales to developing, implementing and managing national franchise plans. In addition, he has had extensive experience working with many nationally recognizable fast food brands.
