TEMPE, AZ - (NewMediaWire) - August 20, 2015 - American
Green, Inc. (OTC
PINK: ERBB) announced today the development of its
in-house media production facility built to support The American
Green Network. This development allows American Green to
communicate to its more than 50,000 shareholders and other
interested parties in near real-time. With these new tools, the
American Green Network can swiftly communicate information that
includes everything from product development to shareholder
updates. The media center also positions American Green as uniquely
equipped to provide immediate feedback and commentary from its
position of insight as a market leader on industry news; more
immediate updates on company news; and in-depth insight on the
landscape of legalization throughout the U.S. and the world,
especially when seismic events occur involving the legal medical
cannabis and recreational marijuana sectors.
"Having a fully functional media operation in-house should be a
real benefit to our shareholders and people interested in the
sector in general," according to Stephen Shearin, President of
American Green. "Using media technology to increase our
communications and to distribute the flow of useful information in
our industry is a premise we are committed to fulfilling. Our
industry is one of rapid change and growth, requiring timely and
accurate reporting on frequent important developments. Having the
ability to produce content internally will position American Green
for speed and accuracy of information flow within the
industry."

The in-house media facility is still in its beta version;
however, it will begin producing content within the next few weeks.
The company expects to be in full production mode by October which
will include regular newscast styled productions as well. The
in-house media falls under the direction of William Harris. Mr.
Harris has a degree in Communications from the University of
Arizona and is a certified Broadcast Meteorologist having attended
Mississippi State University as well. He brings with him two
decades of on-air experience in commercial broadcasting. He also
has extensive hands-on knowledge in pre- and post-production work.
The addition of Harris to the team provides a great deal more
control of content with appreciable reduction in cost.
