Management and the Company’s accountants are finalizing their review of the Company’s financial statements in order to complete the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2015. It is anticipated that the review of the financial statements will be completed in time for Management to complete preparation and filing of the Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2015 within the time allowed by this extension.
