Orange to End License Deal With Israel's Partners Communications

PARIS--French telecoms company Orange SA (ORA.FR) said Tuesday
it has agreed to pay Israel's Partners Communications (PTNR.TV) 90
million euro ($101 million) within 24 months to end a brand license
deal held by the company.
The Israeli telecoms company has a license to operate the Orange
brand until 2025. The French company will pay the EUR90 million in
two installments.
Orange will gather all its operations in Israel--mainly research
and development--under the Orange brand.
