PARIS--French telecoms company Orange SA (ORA.FR) said Tuesday it has agreed to pay Israel's Partners Communications (PTNR.TV) 90 million euro ($101 million) within 24 months to end a brand license deal held by the company.

The Israeli telecoms company has a license to operate the Orange brand until 2025. The French company will pay the EUR90 million in two installments.

Orange will gather all its operations in Israel--mainly research and development--under the Orange brand.
