President following her appointment to the Board. The Company

The Board has been impressed with the progress and relentless

Dorothy Bray remains on the Board of
Directors, and the Company will continue to benefit from Dr. Bray's

Ms. Gaines' first endeavor as CEO and President is to bring to
market a skin care line of products she developed called The
