Alaska Communications first to bring hosted Voice over Internet to Fairbanks, Juneau and Kenai

Businesses in Fairbanks, Juneau and select areas of Kenai can now use hosted Voice over Internet from Alaska Communications (NASDAQ: ALSK), the state’s leading broadband and IT solutions provider.

The hosted cloud-based communications solution reduces operating costs and increases productivity by providing feature-rich phones and enabling greater mobility with low up-front costs. Employees can also access their phone system on any device, anywhere they are connected to the Internet.
