Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On May 21, 2015, Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. filed a Certificate of Change with the Secretary of State of Nevada to effect a reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock and its authorized common stock in a ratio of 1-for-150.
