Statoil ASA, a Norwegian oil producer, transporter and refiner,
appointed Hans Jakob Hegge chief financial officer, effective Aug.
1. Mr. Hegge is a senior vice president focused on operations in
the Norwegian Sea and Barents Sea. He will succeed Torgrim
Reitan.
Abbott Laboratories, a health-care company based in Abbott Park,
Ill., named Brian Yoor CFO. He will succeed Thomas Freyman, who
will become Abbott's executive vice president of finance and
administration and to whom Mr. Yoor will continue to report. Mr.
Yoor is vice president of investor relations.
Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd., a closely held automobile company
based in Gaydon, England, tapped Mark Wilson as CFO, effective June
8. Mr. Wilson has been chief financial and operations officer at
GCube Underwriting Ltd. and has worked for McLaren Automotive Ltd.
He will take on duties from Vikram Bhatia, a company spokeswoman
said.
Arista Networks Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., cloud networking
company, named Ita Brennan CFO. Ms. Brennan was previously finance
chief at "a stealth startup firm in the energy sector," Arista said
in a regulatory filing. She will succeed interim CFO Andreas
Bechtolsheim.
3D Systems Corp., a Rock Hill, S.C., company in the
three-dimensional printing industry, appointed David Styka as CFO.
Mr. Styka has been chief accounting officer. He succeeds Theodore
Hull who was CFO since November.
Maxwell Technologies Inc., a San Diego energy-storage and
power-delivery-products company, named David Lyle CFO, treasurer
and secretary. Mr. Lyle was previously finance chief at Entropic
Communications, which MaxLinear Inc. acquired in April. At Maxwell,
he succeeds Kevin Royal, who will leave the company May 31.
