Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 1, 2015, Jeffrey B. Mendell informed the Board of Directors of Saker Aviation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors.

Mr. Mendell has informed the Company that his resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
