Purchase of A320neo Aircraft

On April 30, 2015, Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca and Grupo Taca Holdings Limited, subsidiaries of Avianca Holdings S.A., entered into a Purchase Agreement with Airbus S.A.S to aquire 100 new A320neo family aircraft scheduled for delivery from 2018 through 2024.

As part of the implementation of our fleet modernization plan, most of these A320neo aircraft are expected to replace aircraft currently in operation.
