partnership agreement with China Mobile Group Fujian Company

the user's device, through China Mobile's vast subscriber

According to the terms of the agreement, The Company will work
in close cooperation with China Mobile Group Fujian Company Limited
to both expand the mobile lottery user base and provide for the
most convenient and easy to use transaction system. China Mobile
subscribers will be able to quickly and easy purchase lottery
products as well as receive lottery winning through their China
Mobile accounts.
