Morgan & Morgan reminds investors that a class action lawsuit

District of California on behalf of purchasers of Quiksilver Inc.
("Quiksilver" or the "Company") (NYSE:ZQK) securities between June
6, 2014 through March 26, 2015. The lawsuit seeks to recover
damages for Quiksilver investors under the federal securities laws.

directing the litigation. Any member of the purported class may
move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their
choice, or may choose to do nothing and remain an absent class
