Frontier Communications (NASDAQ:FTR) has appointed Shayne
Zwiener as General Manager for its Nebraska market. Zwiener will
oversee field operations, sales and community relations, as well as
every aspect of the customer experience.

Zwiener has more than 27 years of telecommunications experience.
He attended the University of Nebraska in Kearney where he received
a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in
Telecommunications. Most recently, Zwiener served as local manager
in Nebraska and is an especially familiar presence in the Kearney
