Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 17, 2015, Fulton Financial Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents per share on its common stock, payable on April 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2015. This amount is a one cent per share increase over the eight cents per share paid in January 2015.

On March 17, 2015, Fulton Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing the cash dividend, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. Fulton Financial Corporation declares quarterly cash dividend

(March 17, 2015) -- LANCASTER, PA. - The Board of Directors of Fulton Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: FULT) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents per share on its common stock, payable on April 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2015. This is an increase of one cent per share over the dividend paid in January 2015.
