NOVOFUEL'S UNIQUE HYDROGEN GENERATION PATENT ISSUED ON MARCH 10,

Office (USPTO) has issued its hydrogen generation patent as U.S.

The original 2009 omnibus patent application, "METHODS AND
APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLED PRODUCTION OF HYDROGEN USING
ALUMINUM-BASED WATER-SPLIT REACTIONS", went through an extensive
review by the USPTO. The patent contains 48 specific claims
which are applications-oriented, focusing on the practical aspects
of controlling the aluminum powder-water reaction in NovoFuel's
unique cartridge-based hydrogen generation system used in such
applications as feeding fuel cells for backup power, and filling
weather balloons for upper atmospheric measurements.
NovoFuel's Intellectual Property portfolio also includes valuable
proprietary know-how, an essential complement to the patent.
