new Chief Operations Officer (COO) Dr. J. Samuel Armacanqui, Ph.D.
Dr. Armacanqui brings 25 years of field experience in every facet
of the Oil, Gas and Mining industries to the management team of
WOGI. Dr. Armacanqui's official start date will be effective August
01, 2015, in order for him to complete his obligations to his
existing employer and for WOGI ramp up operations in new markets.
The term of the Agreement is for 15 years.
WOGI is proud to bring Dr. Armacanqui on as its COO and
collaborate both WOGO's CEO and Dr. Armacanqui's vision into a
single point of action to grow World Oil Group, Inc. into a world
leader, teacher, trainer and operator of "The Sustainable Oil &
Gas Fields" concept and application(s) in every aspect of the
Companies 3 areas of focus (O&G Exploration, EOR & Energy
Trading sectors).
Dr. Armacanqui and WOGI's CEO have a common vision and have been
speaking about the Sustainable Oil & Gas Fields Model and
related Concepts on each side of the world. Both men have a common
belief that the Activities and Processes of the Oil and Gas
Industry can leverage on Petroleum & Environmentally Compatible
Solutions that are both Technically Effective and Commercially
Attractive.
Dr. Armacanqui is the author of the Life Cycle Concept as
applied to the "Sustainable Oil & Gas Fields and initiates and
develops solutions for the different areas within the Oil and Gas
Industry. He is regularly invited to present in International
Conferences and regularly lectures and at Universities and
Conferences on the subject of Production Optimization - both
Surface and Subsurface, Enhanced Oil Recovery, Advanced Artificial
Lift, Effective Introduction of Innovations and New Technologies
and the Use of The Hybrid Renewable Energy to major oil companies
and key institutions around the globe.
During the ramp up phase, WOGI will immediately begin the
process of setting up Conference(s)/Work Shop(s) in the USA to
Teach, Train and Help Solve Problems O&G Companies face in the
field and that can be effectively dealt with the Concept and
Implementation of "The Sustainable Oil & Gas Field Model" and
the relevant Tools, Techniques and Procedures Applications, as well
as the associated Process Optimization, Enhanced Oil Recovery
Techniques and Products. Participants usually pay between $2,000
and $3,000 to sit in on the Workshop or Conference, attendance is
usually between 150-200 guests.

About Dr. Armacanqui:
Dr. J. Samuel Armacanqui Tipaci is a Petroleum Engineer with a
PhD in Reservoir Engineering both from the Mining Academy Freiberg,
Germany. He has Postdoctoral Studies in Project & Business
Management from the Clausthal University (1990). After graduation
he worked for Major Service Companies (Schlumberger & Reda) and
Oil Operators (JV Conoco-PDVSA, PDO-Shell Oman and RWE Dea North
Africa). Besides his Reservoir Engineering background he has over
20 years of experience in Oil Production Engineering both at desk
and field level, Production Optimization, Field Operations, Well
Completion including Artificial Lift, Rig-less Interventions, EOR
and IOR Methods, Energy Efficiency, Introduction of New Technology
and Innovations and Advanced Tendering Techniques and Contract
Management (Pre and Post Award). He has worked in different oil
field environments (light to extra Heavy Oil, low inflow, gassy,
shallow and depth wells). He worked in South America -10 years in
Venezuela, Peru & Argentina and is since 2001 in the Middle
East with Petroleum Development Oman where he was Head of the Team
in charge of the technical, operational and contractual management
and managing Major Contracts for Provision of ESP Systems
(Electrical Submersible Pumps). In his current tenure, since 2010
and until his move to WOGI, Dr. Armacanqui is the General
Development Manager of RWE Dea North Africa/SUCO a JV Company with
EGPC-Egyptian Gas and Petroleum Company, where he has been
instrumental to sustain the Oil Production peak of three mature
off-shore fields in the Red Sea, Gulf of Suez.

Protection Associates, Inc. for all products manufactured by
Environmental Protection Associates, Inc., by March 1, 2015. Dr.
Armacanqui will begin working to expand and implement the usages
for WOGI' Profitable, Clean & Green Technologies in a host of
ways in the MENA, Gulf and Central/South American regions, where he
has spent the last 15 years working in and out for major
International O&G companies.
