Please be advised that on the date hereof Banco Macro S.A. was given notice of the filing with the National Court of First Instance in Commercial Matters No. 17, Clerk’s Office No. 34, of a class action (Court File # 35.754/2014) by which the so-called association Consumidores Financieros Asociación Civil para su Defensa, acting as representative of alleged injured consumers, claims Banco Macro S.A. to be held liable for possible damages sustained by consumers.

 

Banco Macro S.A. is analyzing the contents and implications of such lawsuit, considering that in the improbable event of getting an unfavorable court decision in this controversy such unfavorable outcome is not expected to have a material effect on its financial position or the development of its operations.
