clients. CPA and auditing partner at M&K, Casey G. Kinchen, has
clearly and in detail explained the situation to us so that we
could make an informed decision. We are satisfied with his
clarification and have taken it into consideration. It is our hope
that we can continue our relationship with M&K. However, as a
result of the situation, we have spoken with outside council and
are waiting for final determination of what effect the matter may
have in relation to Sycamores audit.
