Comision Nacional de Valores (hereinafter referred to as "CNV") has
given notice of Resolution 17587 by which it decided to remove the
preventive measure of suspension previously ordered on Banco Macro
S.A. as Negotiation, Clearing and Settlement Agent (Agente de
Liquidacion y Compensacion y Agente de Negociacion – Integral),
pursuant to section 51 of Act 26831.
