"The lawsuit claims that Conn's misled investors by failing to disclose the true extent of the deterioration of its credit portfolio," said Rosen attorney Phillip Kim. The suit claims that the truth concerning Conn's credit portfolio was revealed on December 9, 2014, when the Conn's withdrew its financial guidance and admitted that its prior financial guidance was not "acceptably accurate." On this news, Conn's shares lost over 40% of its value.
