Announcement by Lottoarena Entertainment PLC

Today Lottoarena announces that GXG Markets will suspend Lottoarena
Entertainment PLC from trading following an expiration of a granted extension
until the 31st of December 2014 for the hand in of the financial statements.

Reasons for the delay are unexpected difficulties regarding the legally
required handover from the former auditor K.P. Doherty to the newly appointed
auditor PWC LLP London.

The management expects to hand in the financial statements ending on the 31st
of May 2014 at the latest at the end of January 2015.
