accomplished international Indo-US leader Bala Indurti, to be the
new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bala has over 20 years of
extensive leadership and expertise in Indo-US organizations and
associations and has been an esteemed colleague of Dr. M. S. Reddy.
Now that Dr. Reddy has taken on a daily role in Unique’s business
he believes it is time to bring on some of his valued colleagues to
help achieve all of the company’s goals. The first such move is to
enlist the expertise of Bala Indurti to help with the development
and implementation of Unique’s custom frozen pizza. He will also
contribute his expertise to all other company business including:
assist in ascertaining and forecasting Unique’s capital needs; US
and International franchising; assist in determining its
competition and competitive advantages; building public awareness;
implementation of the EB-5 program; development of the custom
frozen breakfast pizza; assist in defining industry trends,
business cycle timing, and economic indicators relevant to
Unique and the pizza industry; development of Dr. Reddy’s master
franchise in India; creating new products, packaging and labeling
etc.
Over the past 20 years Mr. Indurti has been actively working
with Dr. M.S. Reddy and has provided the necessary support that has
helped him achieve many of his overall visions. Mr. Indurti has
expertise in leading and educating groups of employees to meet
aggressive business goals and high client satisfaction. Mr. Indurti
has a proven history of building client relationships, thought
leadership, process improvement, product launches, employee
development and leading in a matrix environment. Results
driven, dynamic IT leader with proven track record in building and
leading a high performance global service delivery team with
expertise in IT infrastructure(data center, Unix/Windows, storage
and networks), database, DB2, Teradata, Oracle ERP, architecture
solutions, and cloud computing. Strategically and cost effectively

consistently improve delivery times and service levels while
reducing costs.
