The Company could not complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2014 on or before the November 14, 2014 prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in gathering, compiling, disclosing and reviewing the information required to complete the preparation of its Quarterly Report and its review by its auditors.
