Infrastructure Developments Corporation, (the “Company”) cannot complete its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period as management is unable to complete a review of its consolidated financial statements by November 14, 2014. The delay cannot be cured without unreasonable effort or expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q no later than five calendar days following the prescribed due date.
