CAMTEK ANNOUNCES THE REMOVAL OF AN ITEM FROM THE AGM AGENDA

MIGDAL HAEMEK, Israel – November 12, 2014 – Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CAMT) (“Camtek”), announces the removal of item C from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for today, November 12, 2014, in order to further discuss the matter internally and with shareholders before bringing it to shareholders' approval.

No change is made to any other item on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting.
