Vipio will receive exclusive rights to the Adaptive Medias software platform for deployment of Vipio's solutions to the pet industry.

Vipio is a digital media web property development company, forging relationships and building platforms for mobile, video and social native content. Vipio will be building digital media platforms for the pet retail community and on PetProducts.com. PetProducts.com, a global source directory for all pet products and services, is building a worldwide pet products directory for quality brands and services. Vipio will be working exclusively with Pet Products LLC in offering this platform to their directory clients.

Pet industry spending in the U.S. is expected to top $58.5 billion in 2014, according to the American Pet Products Association.
