FLRE) announced today that it is pleased that the new Flameret
Group website has now been launched (and can be found at
www.flameretgroup.com). This new site will be continually updated
and improved and will be a source of information for current and
prospective investors as well as customers.
It is our intention to sell products via the new website for the
Group, supplementing the existing website for our trading
subsidiary, Royal Hemp Corporation (at
www.royalhempcorporation.com). Royal Hemp Corporation has already
announced two new products: Cannasone CBD (a body lotion) and Royal
Hemp CBD Shampoo are both already available. Further products are
due to be added in the next few weeks, subject to availability from
our manufacturers.
We are also pleased to inform you that our 2014 group financial
statements (for the year ending 31st August, 2014) have
been filed and accepted by OTC together with the supporting
Attorney letter of confirmation.
Our funding negotiations should be concluded in the near future
and we are expecting to commence production of Flameret fire
retardant products once the negotiations have been finalized to our
satisfaction.
