Tennant Company Appoints David W. Huml as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing

Tennant Company (NYSE: TNC), a world leader in designing, manufacturing and marketing solutions that help create a cleaner, safer, healthier world, announced the appointment of David W. Huml as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, replacing Rusty Zay who was named in July to lead the Americas, Tennant’s largest business unit.

Mr. Huml has spent the majority of his 23-year career in the industrial equipment industry, including 14 years at Graco (NYSE: GGG) and the last eight years at Pentair (NYSE: PNR). Most recently, Mr. Huml was Vice President of the Applied Water Platform at Pentair, leading a $250M global business across eight sites. Previous executive positions at Pentair included VP of Global Agriculture-Flow Technologies and VP of Marketing-Flow Technologies.

Mr. Huml holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota and received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, USA. Huml’s office will be located at Tennant Company world headquarters in Golden Valley, Minn.
