Hayzlett and LiveWorld Team Up to Leverage
C-Suite Expertise
LiveWorld (OTC Pink Sheets: LVWD.PK), a social media solutions

has appointed Jeffrey Hayzlett, global business celebrity and
primetime television host, to their board of directors.
Hayzlett brings his business and marketing acumen to LiveWorld,
having worked in and among the top Fortune 1000 companies over the
course of his career. Hayzlett offers business advice to global
audiences as Contributing Editor and Host of The C-Suite with
Jeffrey Hayzlett on Bloomberg Television, and via C-Suite TV, a
web-based digital on-demand business channel. He is also a
Contributing Columnist for Entrepreneur.com, The Huffington Post
and Salesforce.com. His expertise aligns directly with LiveWorld’s
customer base of brand marketing professionals and social media
solutions.

Jeffrey Hayzlett joins current LiveWorld board members Bill

Cleary is senior partner and owner at Cleary & Partners a
small marketing firm based in Saratoga, California. In addition he
sits on numerous boards, including Santa Clara University (business
school), SUNY at Stony Brook (Human Origins, Dr. Richard Leakey),
Wildlife Direct (Nairobi, Kenya), PGP, and the Hillbrook School.
Mr. Cleary began his marketing career in New York City in 1979,
working on such formidable brands as Pepsi®, Pizza Hut®, and Welch®
Foods. In 1981 he joined Apple Computer and moved to Cupertino,
California. He worked there for four years, and played an
instrumental role in the development of marketing programs,
including sales promotional efforts, advertising, and
merchandising. In 1986 he began working for Activision, as the VP
of Mktg. In 1987 he founded Cleary Communications, which later
became CKS Group. While at CKS he worked with partners Tom Suiter
and Mark Kvamme in building an extraordinary company that helped
launch major web-based brands; including eBay, Amazon, Excite, and
Yahoo.
Peter Friedman is the founder and CEO of LiveWorld. He is a
social media visionary and veteran with 30 years experience in the
space (18 at LiveWorld and 12 at Apple). He’s provided multiple
global brands with strategic social media guidance and delivered
hundreds of social media programs. Prior to LiveWorld, Peter was
Vice President & General Manager of Apple’s Internet Services
Division, overseeing the creation and management of social media
services such as AppleLink, eWorld, AOL, and Salon. During his
12-year tenure at Apple, his responsibilities also included
managing Business Systems Marketing and product line management in
the Macintosh division. He brings a unique combination of strategic
thinking, vision, and hands-on operational skill, as well as a
blend of marketing, social media and technology expertise. His

Barry Weinman transitions from LiveWorld's board to the
company's CEO Advisory Committee with a special focus on China.
Weinman’s deep experience developing businesses in China provides a
unique perspective and skill set, bridging the US venture capital
world with the Chinese business environment. Weinman, Managing
Director and Co-founding Partner Emeritus of Allegis Capital, has
been involved in venture capital investments in Silicon Valley,
Hawaii, Singapore, and China since 1980. He and his partners have
helped over 70 private companies go public. His career has spanned
leadership positions with global companies including AT&T, IBM,
and Fairchild Semiconductor.
